Application for TenancyAll prospective tenants 18 years of age or older must complete an application and pay a $25 application fee. Each applicant must provide a photo ID and fully complete this application. We run credit checks and call references of all applicants. We will not process your application until we receive your $25 application fee.

Check in Condition Sheet
Tenants must complete this and return within 3 days of moving into their unit. This is to let the landlord know of damage to the unit upon move in so they are not charged when they move out.
