Check in Condition Sheet
Tenants must complete this and return within 3 days of moving into their unit. This is to let the landlord know of damage to the unit upon move in so they are not charged when they move out.
Fire Extinguisher & Smoke Alarm Addendum
Tenants must sign this sheet to verify that the landlord has installed a fire extinguisher and smoke alarms in the unit.
Sublet Form
If you want to sublease your apartment, fill out this sheet and return to the office with your $300 sublease fee. If you cancel your sublease only 1/2 of that fee is refundable.
