For your convenience, we have a 24 hour drop box located at our office at 755 Mormon Trek Blvd.

If you choose to mail your rent payment, we do not consider it late if it is postmarked by the 1st of the month.
You can set up direct withdrawl through your bank for your rent payment to be automatically deducted from your account. After you get it set up through your bank please call our office and we will be happy to assist you.
